Texas Blues Rock

TEXAFYDE originated in Corpus Christi, Texas in 2000 with the current two original band members Joey G and Jerry Garcia. The band performed in venues all throughout Corpus Christi and the surrounding area. However, life got in the way and TEXAFYDE disbanded. Serendipitously, Joey G (founding member) and Jerry Garcia reconnected in Austin,Texas where they both call home In 2020. Now with a repertoire of original material they intend to add their own flavor of Texas Blues Rock to the world.
